REFUND CLAIM FOR CANCELLATION OF TICKET
I booked a three ticket from Delhi to Muzaffarpur (6200701605), Delhi to Patna (2652684551) and Muzaffarpur to Delhi (6300477901) through IRCTC. I had cancelled all three tickets on different dates, I got two cancellation refund (Rs. 694 & Rs. 624) but one ticket cancellation charge was not given. I am complaint this matter to IRCTC customercare for 3 to 4 times (details are give below) but not positive answer regarding this matter, every time customercare executive said that your query was under process to concern department. I am very surprised till date i am not got any mail/phone call to IRCTC reg. this matter. May I request you to please sort this matter on urgent basis.
