Poor customer service

I have been an Aircel customer for their post paid service since Oct..Earlier when I took their services they did not exist as a network provider in Pune but still managed and they improved their network. Then I had an issue where in most of the people calling me either got an automated message that my number does not exist or not reachable when I had network bars on my phone and this problem is some what sorted out after calling the call center Numbers time.

Now since aircel has launched 3G in Pune things are back to square one..First they don't have their own network to provide the services hence we need to latch on to the tatadocomo network. Once I latch on to the tata docomo network things change as in I don't get incoming calls as people get the message as my number is not reachable or the call drops when I have network on my phone. I have called the call center 8 times in last 3 weeks and every time I call I get an assurance that I will get a call back in 24 hours and but I get in return a message that my service request has been resolved but it has not been and when I call the call center they confidently say that they have called me and spoke to me regarding the complaint and I have spoken to them and the issue has been resolved which is a complete lie. Hence I decide to speak to one of their Supervisors named Nachiket- the great whose is a lair of all sorts. First he promised a call back in 24 hours and then I received a message that my service request has been resolved but still waited for 72 hours and called back and spoke to the great supervisor who first tried to convenience me that he had called me and I did not answer and when I asked him to prove and started recording the call he changed his tone and accepted that he has not called me and promised me a call back in 1 hour for the same. Now it has been 24 hours and when I call the call center the ad visors confirm that he is on the floor and when I request them to pass my call over to them they place me on hold and come back to me saying that he is not available. Now even a child can understand that what the truth is..

IS this what Aircel does to its customer..
