I HAVE TAKEN AIRCEL POSTPAID CONNECTION number 8801017177 3MONTHS BACK AND I ACTIVATED 3G ON MOBILE. INITIALLY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TELL ME THAT AIRCEL PROVIDING 15 DAYS FREE DATA OF 250MB AND AFTER IT USED CONNECTION GETTING SLOW THEN U CAN DECIDE WHICH PACKAGE SUITS TO YOU. BUT AFTER 250MB 3G DATA OVER IT IS NOT SLOW DOWN AND I DONT HAVE ANY INFO FROM AIRCEL. BECOZ OF IAM USING POSTPAID THEY CHARGED ME 12OORUPEES ONLY FOR 3G INTERNET USAGE WHERE MY AVARAGE MONTHLY TALK TIME BILL WAS 700RUPEES. I CALLED CC TO 6TIMES TO RESOLVE THE PROBBLEM. AND I VISITED AIRCEL SHOWROOM ALSO. BUT NO BUDY RESOLVE AND TURNS BACK. NOW THEY SEND MY BILL WAS 3400RUPEES TO PAY. AND ONE MORE WITH OUT MY INTIMATION THEY SUBSCRIBE UNKNOWN PACAKAGES ON MY CONNECTION AND ITS CHARGED ME DAILY 5RUPEES. I HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT TO CC THAT I NEVER SUBSCRIBE THIS TYPE OF MESSAGES. BUT NO BODY BOTHERED .
