Balance Deduction

My TATA DOCOMO number is 9729412311. On 18 Dec the balance in my mobile was Rs. 178.49 and at the time of morning I suddenly received a message from TATA DOCOMO the I was charged Rs. 30 for the Women Health Pack and my balance after deduction was 148.49 for the same I call to customer care and request them for refund of my money but they don’t take my problem seriously and they disconnected my call and I again call to customer care from another number and tells the same problem and after hearing my problem they deactivated my service and I was little satisfy that now my money cannot be deducted but again On 19 Dec they again deducted my money i.e. Rs. 30 for the Women Health Pack and when I again call to customer care but they are not giving any positive response. Now please you tell us what will I do……??? Till Now, the TATA DOCOMO has deducted my Rs. 60/- My email i.d is [email protected] and my mobile number is 9729412311

We would like to inform you that the VAS service has been successfully deactivated and an amount of Rs. 30/- already credited back to the account.
