I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the services of Bharati Airtel after my interaction with their Nodel and
Appellate officers. I went to surrender my connection, but the official at the Vijayanagar Consumer Care
showroom refused to entertain my request saying there is no provision for surrendering a prepaid
connection, My validity will expire only by 2011 year end and do not want to wait that long. Please help
