Automatik disconection of my pre-paid mobile service

Sir,

I am Pawan Kumar Tiwari Airtel pre-paid mobile user my mob no. is

91-9998304666. i was using this no. from long time, as i was out of station in

no network zone for two month so i could not use your service there. last week

when i came back to city i found that my no. is temporary out of service and in

the same SIM i have been alloted with the alternate no. when i contacted to

customer care they could not give me satisfactory answer. I want to continue

with the the same no. as it is my old no.. Earliar also i went for the same

place for almost same period but i have never fased such problem in past.

you are requested to help me out and do the needful at the earliest
