Invalid deduction of credit n reluctance to deavtivate a service

Sir/madam

I am a prepaid airtel (bharti) costumer (no- 9717887279). I am being charged rs10 per day for daily cricket updates.

however, i didnt even activate the service.

On contacting costumer care service am being told that the service cant be discontinued.

I request you to force the company to deactivate the service else i'll have to take strict action against them.
