Incoming Error-Number not in use Error for the same number from which I am making Out going

My name is Muthukumar (9884789543), When someone call this they are getting error saying that Number Not in Use but I am able to make Out going from the same number.

I had vodafone connection through mobile portability I have changed my number to AIRTEL with the hope of having better service.

From this number number I was able to make out going calls to any number but not able to receive any incoming call. When someone calls to this number they are getting error saying that "The number not in use". Regading this issue I made a Continues complaint to their represntative, nodel, appellate and directly into AIRTEL show room at porur, chennai. I am facing this problem from past two days and there is no improvement on this.

I am really fed-up of asking this people anymore, so I steped into this site. Could someone help me out.?
