Unauthorised deduction of amount from prepaid accound balance

For the mobile no. 097552733430, an unauthorised amount of Rs 200 was deducted about a week back, Thisis a prepaid no. Upon calling the customer care no., multiple times, the matter is referred to the senior person who does not answer. When contacted by e-mail, there was no response either by the customer care address. This issue was then escalated to the Appellate Authority. There is also no response to the same. Please help
