Hello,

How much more will you people steal money? Last night at about 9.15 p.m I received a call from a friend at Haldwani. After the call I was deducted Rs.4.50 from my balance. Does also the balance get deducted if i reveive a call? I Do Not understand the tactics of Airtel, they simply want to steal your money any way they can. i demand an explanation. i am sick & tired of Airtel's attitude and the way they handle issues.

Airtel is just a bunch of crooks, thieves & liars.

Dear Airtel,

No one from airtel has responded as mentioned in the mail below. A very

disgraceful company with very poor customer service.

I wish to bring to attention again that you Airtel people have again stolen

money from me at 8.49 p.m. on the 3 may. i had switched off mu phone and

when i switched it on again my balance was deducted again. Please give me all

call details and sms that i have made since May 20 . you people are

just

stealing money again & again. i do not use internet on my iphone so how can

you

charge me for internet usage and by the way i do not have Mobile office as

you

have mentioned. After stealing you people are even lying

i will complain to higher authorities till you refund me and compensate me

for

all the problems you are causing me. This is mental harassment. I do not have

time to waste with a stupid company like Airtel- don't watt your time and my

time- Airtel is a thief and i will take this matter up seriously.

Don't think that by paying me Rs 50 as compensation will help.. Please refund

me the total amount of money that you have stolen from me. i am taking this

matter up with higher authorities.

How much more disgraceful and shameful can Airtel get and how far can they go

with stealing and lying?

Regards
