I am using airtel network my no is 9994672378.last Tuesday i got a call saying tat we've got an offer to set free hello tune for an year but after we activated that offer, they reduced Rs 220 from current balance without any confirmation msg or information.i've called airtel customer care help line (198) 5 times and filed complaint.. but they didn't take any actions. i am bugged up with this customer service. i request you to look forward too this issue.
