Dear Sir,
I recently ported from Vodafone to Airtel having heard about its services.
In spite of repeated complaints and sending multiple sms for Airtel 3G service activation, the service has not been activated on my mobile. Firstly, when i try to call their Customer-care from my mobile i don't get connected, then i have to call up from someone else's mobile and eventually when i do get connected, i get a response that this service would be activated in next 4 hours which in reality never happens. This has been happening for the past 7-10 days. I don't understand why Airtel boasts about its services especially its 3G service, when it cannot activate it in the first place.
I rather port back to my original service provider i.e. Vodafone.
Very very pathetic service by Airtel.
