Unwanted Cricket MEssages

Hello there,

I am getting unwanted Cricket Messages on my mobile number - 9001800680. I have never subscribed for any such service but it was activated automatically and the charges for same are being deducted from my balance.

Can you kindly look into the matter, stop the messages ASAP and refund the amount as it is service provider's fault and consumers are at receiving end.
