1. I Colonel N S Bhasin am a serving army officer and an airtel customer. I have been a repeated victim of their cheating ways. I have two airtel phones both in my own name (9612652562 and 8974947393).
2. On both these phones airtel has been automatically without any demand from my end been activating services like GYAN, JOBSEARCH and YARANA and many more. Sometimes I get to know that they have turned on some such service which I unsubscribe but even then they have already charged me for the month/ week etc.
3. Whenever I have complained to their customer service representative they say that they are helpless and can only help by disconnecting the service for the future. Today when I called them they put me through to a 'supervisor' who refunded these illegal deductions of Sep 2011 for one phone no - 9612652562.
4. In view of the foregoing, may I request that this matter be looked into and such unethical (cheating) must be dealt with seriously.
5. I would also appreciate if I could get a penal refund for both my phones.
