Landline Issue - Airtel's Response

Our Airtel Fixed line/Landline (08042096604) got disconnected on 31st October and when we asked the customer care agent said within 2 days it'll be activated. But even after 2 days nothing happened. So we called and raised complaint (6769700). It supposed to be closed on 5th Nov 1:00 PM as promised by Airtel. But No response then we called again then a Technical guy visited our room and told issue in cable. The customer care again promised it'll be solved by 6th Nov 11:00 AM at any cost. It's 7th Nov 7:15 PM and till now no action taken for this.

Even I tried to call Airtel Nodal Officer for Karnataka (08041115338) and even Head Office (08041218060). No one picked the call and it keep on ringing for minutes. Don't know what for they published this Number. Even Customer don't know to whom to escalate. Totally Un-Acceptable.

Whenever we call the Customer Care, Airtel representatives say "The status showing as Work in Progress and we can't do anything. Concerned team will get back to you once this". Also they don't know when it'll be closed and who is really working on this. They couldn't answer any of the questions. Simply say "Sorry Sir. It won't happen again."

The funniest response given is "Once this issue is resolved, we'll give time for you to escalate this Sir.". Why should a customer escalate when the request processed?
