No amount credited on recharge of Rs.47

Sir,

Myself Avishek Bhattacharyya, an Airtel pre-paid user (9831849229) had recharged my account with Rs.47 for activating the free sms pack for 30 days. However, although I received a message that the easy recharge had been successful, the sms scheme was not activated. Morover, my account was not credited with any balance. This is highly disappointing as it has forced me to have a rethink about continuing on your network. I hope you look into the matter as soon as possible as am extremely upset with the monetary loss caused by the latest fiasco.
