Dear Sir
I have recently purchased an airtel prepaid connection and I had duly submitted all the necessary documents. It worked for around 10 days and thereafter I have received message from airtel that my documents were incomplete.
Thereafter I have again submitted all the required documents to the airtel gallery but still it is not working. I am struggling with customer care representative arrogant attitude and still my connection has not been started.
Kindly look after the case and do the needful.
