Iam a Airtel prepaid customer (9676709696). When I call on 198 or 121 my call never connects to the Custmer Care Executive it simply gets disconnected. So if I have any queries or issues Iam calling to nodal officers and Rs1 is getting deducting and more over no rep solves the issue at one time I have to call almost 4-5 times then the issue will be solved and almost Rs 40-50 is getting deduted for a single issue. So I dont understand what is this.
I am completely upset with Airtel and the procedures of the company.
