Dear Sir,

If i call to raise a complaint for worst service the complaint no 198, the call was disconnected with the voice mail of " your call cannot be connected". After that if i call to121 within 3 mins they charged 1rupee. Customer service executives are speaking irresponsibly, floor incharger also. Getting irritated service. No toll free msg numbers are working.. Very bad experience.
