I tried to book an e ticket in irctc. Everything went fine, but after giving the bank details and confirming, the next page came blank and even after 15-20 minutes, it did not show anything.
I tried again and this time, when i specified the bank details i noticed that the money for the previous transaction has already been deducted. This time also i faced the same problem.
Thus 2 times, my money has been deducted from account without ticket booking. How would i get a refund back?
