FILE A COMPLAINT

RAM REPLACED BY SERVICE CENTRE

I gave my laptop (Compaq CQ42) for servicing in Sree Vinayaka Service centre, when today I recieved it, i found my RAM have been replaced!!!
Earlier it was 3gb and now it's 1GB..
What should i do?
Can any authority will help me?
Please help..
