The establishment is highly rude, non responsive and insulated from consumers. Inspite of the telephone doing full ring a number of times they do not lift and on confronting by personally going they show a closed door and respond by curt and evasive reply. This happened at 1145 hrs to 1158 hrs this morning and meny times in the past. They are indulging in delayed supplies, leisurely delivery, and customer avoidance. I demand that there must be an immediate window and telephone number dedicated to Sr.citizen so that they are saved the harassment and humiliation of "telephone non reply " and compulsion to go over the window and feel utterly stranded and uncared for.
