Stray Dog menace

Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Jai Laxmi Appt, I.P. Extension in East Delhi. I am the fellow residents are deeply troubled by the increasing dog menace in our locality. These dogs startng running behind old as well as young people, not to mention children. They have even bitten 2 children. There are 2 dogs in our society which cause a lot of enace. Therefore I request you send a team of Dog Catcher in our area immediately.
