I wanna lodge a complain against stray dogs in our locality.they bite the people passing by and bark on every one.it has also bit me.my address is Tagore nagar, 351/4208, opp.vikhroli vidyalaya, vikhroli east, Mumbai 83.i hope you'll immediately react to my complaint and would surely send a dog catching unit in our locality.
