Dear Sir/Mam

This is to bring to your notice that we are facing major problem because of dogs in our locality. Few dogs are always sitting on our building stairs. It has become difficult for us and the visitors to use that passage. Some of them are diseased too.

We have children in our locality. It has become unsafe to stay here.

Kindly address this issue on urgent basis.
