Hi, i have a complaint to make against the people who are conducting an exhibition at sri padmavathi ammal kalyana mandapam (near municipal complex) in udumalpet, tiruppur district, tamilnadu. They are holding an exhibition for household articles, dogs, birds, fish, goats..The dogs are tied up all the day..they look very tired and harassed by the people who visit..the authorities are non-chalant about this..few are sleeping in very wet mud floors..they don't look properly fed..even the goats (of different breeds) look harassed.. these animals paint a sorry picture.. i request the authorities concerned to look into the matter at the earliest and swing into action & rescue the poor animals...
