Unhygenic condition created due to bakri -id

Dear Sir,

Tomorrow Bakri -id is celebrated. But inspit of continuous request made to the builder for making arrangements for goats to be tied. it is has been ignored the result is goats are littering evry floor and the whole building is stincking. Even a police complain was lodged but still some ignorant building residents fail to care. It is very difficult to step out of the building as all goats are gathered, goats are huge one. I have a small baby becomes very difficult to get out of the house. Plz help me.
