I think Cow brought for Bakrid

Hi,

Near Gunasheela Nursing home the after that circle the road which goes towards mohamahaden block today i found one co. I think this was brought for tomorrow is bakrid it was tied along with the sheep, can nay of the concern person take necessary action to protect this cow.
