Non delivery of goods and wrong promises at the time of purchase

I had ordered a royal canin dog food from the company IndiaPetStore. they had promised that the order would be delivered within 15 days but its been more than 40 days now but i havn't yet recieved my order. they have a very sloppy customer service with only email support and NO telephone suppoet. they have been giving false reasons for the delay. i strongly urge people to NOT to give business to this company.
