Never got the puppy

I wanted to buy a puppy for my girlfriend and found website BobisYorkies.net. A man from that site stated that no they have 3-month puppies for sale and he can sell one to me. I paid thousand dollars and never got a puppy. My e-mails are left without answer and calls useless.
