My mother was traveling from Guruvayoor to Bangalore on 17th March in Kallada G 4 series. Since our one month old puppy also was with her, we had contacted travels people in advance to check whether she can take the puppy along with her. They had confirmed us that there was no problem in taking our puppy along with my mother in the bus. They had given her 1st seat in the bus. Puppy was sleeping in my mothers lap and it had not even made bit noise. Once the bus reached Vadakenchery they stopped the bus and asked the passenger to board another bus of Kallada travels G4) (Bus which was coming from Ernakulam). It was night around 12'o'clock. When my mother was boarding the bus they told her that she cannot travel with the puppy. She explained them that it was agreed by there office people in Guruvayoor but still they didn’t allow her to travel. Passengers and the driver of the bus which came from Guruvayoor also explained them the same and also informed that the puppy had not created any sort of trouble in the bus. But the bus people where so rude that they asked my mother to get out of the bus at 12 in the night.
Please note my mother is 54Yr old traveling alone and she was asked to go out of the bus at night 12'o Clock. Seeing my mother, who did not know what to do, one good person and his wife also got out of the bus along with her. They also had to cancel there journey, they took a taxi and dropped my mother back to our native in Guruvayoor.
It was a real cruelty done by Kallada G 4 series. I am lodging a complaint in consumer court and women’s protections cell
