I am Lavanya from Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad. We have been having the problem of stray dogs since a very long time. Even personally I faced a lot of escapes from the dogs in our quarters. They become aggressive suddenly even without any agitation and this is causing inconvenience to all the people in our quarters. I did not know where to complaint, so I am posting a complaint here hoping for a faster action on this issue.
