Passport spouse name addition

I had applied for "Inclusion of Spouse Name" on my passport on 25th May with file number "HYD-R002633-10" at Hyd.

I was told that I will receive my passport within 10 days. Till date no police enquiry has been taken. Also in the Enquiry Status it is showing empty. Whom should I contact clarification, pls let me know, "Station Hyderabad was last updated on 08-06-10"
