We bought 1 month old Rottweiler puppy from Subashini Nair in Bangalore in the month of March. At the time of the sale we were promised by her that the registration papers will be given to us when he is 3 months old. Now the Puppy is six months old.
We have been desperately trying to follow up with her since then for registration papers and micro chip with no avail. She keeps changing the mobile numbers, we have to do an internet search to get her latest number and call her for following up, every time we call she says she in Chennai or on the way to airport, we asked her to leave the papers at her shop, she said the shop is under renovation, looks like the renovation never ends, this is going on for the past 4 months, we have escalated the issue to KCI, she sends a message on my mobile saying I am not going to build a house by selling a pup, for no reason you guys have escalated the issue to KCI.
We spoke to our friends and the veterinary who suggested that this lady may not be authorized to sells the pets and she might be breeding anything just for the sake of business, this is a clear cheating case, how can anyone allow her to continue the business like this, at the time of purchase she has closed the deal with us saying she sells with the papers otherwise she does not sell pets, we blindly believed her story and paid her the full amount, we are quite disappointed at being cheated like this. The pup is neither micro chipped nor did we get the registration papers till date. She also has a shop by the name Pampered Pets in Indiranagar in Bangalore.
Now she is not even taking our calls. We really don't know how to get the registration papers from her. While buying the puppy she said she is Kennel Club of India and Mysore Kennel Club member.
She still advertises herself as follows -
