I have received a duplicate Numero Uno Watch from Bag it today vide invoice no. TRNPL/DLI/10-11/81771 dated 29.12.2010 on 09.02.2011 after paying Rs.499/- to courier. On opening the pack, I found a duplicate white dial Numero Uno Watch worth hardly Rs. 200/- which they have claimed to be Rs. 2750/- in their email advertisement. They have not taken any action, so far, on my complaint.
