Fake promise

After receiving a call from your executive I booked a Diamond under order reference 1012287347 dated 03.11.2011. After going through internet I understand that this is all fraudulent and diamond are not worth Rs. 60, 000/- as claimed by you. Several people have lodged complaint against it. I am therefore cancelling the order. You are advised to refund amount of Rs. 29, 999/-
