I have purchased a Privileged Discount card from your marketing executive Shiva around 40 days back, the customer code is 1011, today for the first time my sister visited your salon in Patparganj, Madhu vihar . please find below the false commitments by your sales representative.
1) He told the ladies service will be done by ladies only, but today they told that that all the services by men only.
2) He told me that you can replace your service also.
I would request you to kindly appoint trained & educated staff in your salons as all of your staff in the madhu vihar salon are uneducated and dont have manners how to talk to the clients.
Please arrange to refund the money back, that i have paid for the membership as i dont require the services from such an unprofessional people.
