Blue dart team,

On 29th of June we received a courier containing one liter each of beauty products of scrub and wrap by your Courier Company (sent by Falaknuma hydrabad), which got damaged and products are all spilled out of the container. And it is a fault and carelessness of your company which lead to the damaged of product.

Advice that who will bear the cost.
