SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE

Sir/Mam,

I am Ramchander Naik. As I spoke to Ekta madam on phone and explained the whole issue regarding EMPTY PACKAGE delivered to me, I am sending the photographs of the IN-VOICE COPY and BLUEDART COURIER CARBON COPY...

Regarding the issue&--

I received a call from bluedart on 12/07 in the afternoon at around 2pm and they told me to collect the consignment from homeshop18.com. But when I contacted homeshop18 customer care immediately and asked them regarding the same, they told that the product was not yet dispatched and it is still with them. This confused me a lot bcoz I dint understand how come bluedart guy called me up to take the parcel and hs18 are telling that its not yet shipped...

I had been to bluedart office in the afternoon and they gave me the parcel at around 02:30pm with awb no 58152004805.Since this is not my first order with them, I just trusted them and carried the parcel away to my hostel. I was shocked to see that there was only a user manual and a separator inside the GALAXY NOTE BOX.I was totally confused and called up hs18.They told me the same thing again that it has not been shipped from their side and so my words seemed to be meaningless to them...

I kept the same box with me and next day (13/07) I called hs18 again and explained the whole thing. Then they took the complaint (No..73069121)(Mr. Vikas) saying that it might be due to TECHNICAL ERROR that item might have been shipped but courier details not updated on their website..

I was asked 24-48 hrs for resolution. I was shocked again to receive an SMS from hs18 team ststing that ''THERE IS A SLIGHT DELAY IN THE SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER'' ...

Immediately I called up hs18 and told them NOT TO SEND THE PRODUCT AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME BECAUSE THEY WOULD BE AT LOSS DUE TO TECHNICAL ERROR...

The next day I got an sms again stating that SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE7000 is for shipment through awb no. 43814477593.I felt something was going wrong and didnot want hs18 to lose such a huge amount by sending it for second time so I insisted upon them saying that its already delivered to me but content missing inside. I told them to find out where it was missing and I told them not to ship it again.

Inspite of me being sincere and honest to them, they are least bothered about the issue. Finally they told me to send the package back and they told they would re-imburse even the courier charges also if I send them the scan copy of the courier-slip on [email protected]...

On 17/07, I sent it back through DTDC courier awb no H04174104.As per DTDC website, it was delivered to them on 21/07 but when I called hs18, they denied the receipt of the item and asked me for proof of delivery..

However after 2 days or so, they accepted that they have received id and asked me 24-48 hrs for providing me with the information...

I was in touch with them regularly but whenever I call them up, they say "THERE IS NO UPDATE. PLZ WAIT FOR MORE 24-48 HRS"...

This way they passed on the time and on 31/07 I became very serious upon Mr. Divinder Pandit (thier SUPERVISOR) at 1:40 pm and he requested to give him a couple of minutes so that he would get back to me with the resolution. I waited till 2:15 and when I called again, executive told me that their supervisor is on the same work and requested me to wait for 15 more minutes..I called up again and I was told that DIVINDER has been for his lunch. I called up again after sometime I was told he was unavailable but when I shouted at the executive, my call was immediately transferred to him. They kept on lying to me..

Finally Divinder told me that in a max. of 1 hour I would get a call-back from the concerned department Mr. Sukhvinder. I waited till 03:45pm and since I didn't get any call I again had to remind them. When I called them up, executive told me that Divinder sir and some other person were trying to call me on my contact number and she asked me to disconnect the call. I waited. When I called them up again at 04:15 pm, I was told that Diviner has left for the day and when I asked for the update from their concerned department, they again replied "Plz call us tomorrow. Divinder sir is not available now". When asked about the "callback" promised by Divinder, they told they had no info again. I asked them to transfer my call to available supervisor. That supervisor told me that only Divinder has the update and that he should tell me when I call him the next day...

I waited till the end of the day...

Next day when I called up to hs18 and spoke to Mr. Divinder and shouted at him that he failed to put up all his promises, he told, "THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN CLOSED.NOTHING CAN BE DONE NOW.WE HAVE CHECKED WITH THE VENDOR AS WELL AS THE COURIER COMPANY, VENDOR TOLD US THAT HE HAS CROSS-CHECKED THE ITEM TWICE BEFORE DISPATCHING AND BLUEDART CONFIRMED THAT THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE COMPLETE PRODUCT TO YOU .NEITHER REFUND NOR REPLACEMENT IS POSSIBLE.IT IS CONFIRMED AND I CAN'T HELP YOU ANYMORE IN THIS MATTER"

INSPITE OF ME BEING SO HONEST TO THEM AND HELPED THEM NOT TO SEND THE ITEM FOR THE SECOND TIME IN WHICH CASE THEY WOULD BE AT LOSS, THEY HAVE ANSWERED TO ME SO RECKLESSLY and are un-bothered...

He also told me that SUKHVINDER tried to call me on my number 3 times the previous day at around 05:30pm but I didnot pick up the call.(I already saved his contact no. as 0120-4648200 when I last spoke to him between 16/07 to 20/07.I dont remember the exact date and he told me to send the item back)

ONLY GOD KNOWS IF HE REALLY CALLED ME THAT DAY...

When Sukhvinder told me that courier has delivered the complete product do me, I put only 1 question to him, "When Bluedart courier says that complete product was delivered, DOES IT MEAN THAT THEY HAVE OPENED AND SEEN THE CONTENT INSIDE AND FOUND IT COMPLETE??? " He was answerless and told that he can no more answer my questions anymore and he told me that I would receive a call back on the same day i.e; on 31/07 again...

I kept waiting for the call and since I didnot receive callback I again called up in the evening and while I was speaking to the customer care executive, my friend told me that someone called him up and told that he wants to speak to Ramchander...

Then I took his phone and found that it was Sukhvinder on line (called from the number 0120-4648200).

He told me that he called me the previous day after 5pm 3 times but I didnot pick up the call. I was surprised to find out from him that he was calling on my friend's number (from which I called up customer care previously and so probably even his number might have been saved by them)...

He told me the same thing that NOTHING CAN BE DONE NOW.WE ARE HELPLESS.WE CAN'T PROVIDE YOU EITHER REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.We checked with vendor and courier...

Then I told him that it was me who helped them not to send the item for the second time due to their technical fault... He was so un-interested and reckless that they was not even willing to listen what I was telling him

Finally, he asked me for 4 more days so that courier person would come to my place and check it. This thing is so silly that when I received the courier at their office and not at my place, what is the use if even they come to my place???

However since I was asked for 4 more days, I kept silent..

Yesterday, I had been to SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE and when I checked with them with the help of IMEI number, they told me that it was manufactured around two months back. BUT ON THE BOX IT IS MENTIONED AS " FEBRUARY". This confused me...

To confirm the same, I called hs18 again today but none of their executives was listening to my words. They kept on sayin only 1 thing "ISSUE IS CLOSED.WE CAN'T HELP YOU ANYMORE" I asked them atleast to transfer my call to any of their supervisors, but all of their executives were so rude to me saying that I can no longer speak to them...

I told them, "Sukhvinder sir again, is investigating into the case, I had a word with him 2 days back"...

But no one is atleast bothered about what I was trying to explain them...

PLZ HELP ME... Actually I am a medical student and I have a lot of work to do. But these hs18 wasted a lot of time and finally told they are helpless...

The only proof I had was that empty box and now its with them. They told me they don't even send that back to me...

Now I don't have any proof and I am totally helpless..Plz help me
