Dear Manager,
we purchase privilege card from body & soul employee in pune in mukund nagar branch in 500/- they offered beuty & slimming treatment worth rs 500 and also given the validity period 1 year from the date of purchase & all our 6 friends purchase this cards dated on 4-mar-10 then validity should be 4-mar-11 but now they are telling that they are not allowing to provide this services so please take the action against this same they cheated us
