I got an offer regarding the Gold Box from the Sales Department and was asked to pay Rs.14996 for this offer in which I'll get 100 vouchers of Rs.5000 each which have a total value of Rs.5, 00, 000. It was also told that these vouchers are clubbed vouchers and I can use them to purchase any jewellery from Surat Jewellers. Later on, just 2 days after the payment by Credit Card, I was told that these are not clubbed vouchers. I requested the Despatch Department to wait for the despatch parcel till I clarify this doubt from your company. I wrote mail to enquire about it but Ms. Manisha did not give any correct reply and when she wrote the exactx query asked by me after 4 days, she told me that the vouchers are not clubbed and the parcel had been already despatched.
I have recorded the initial conversation between me and the Executive who gave me this offer. On demand, I can send you the recording.
Kindly consider it seriously and do something for it. As I'm not interested in the offer if the vouchers are not clubbed. Kindly pay me back Rs.14996. I'm sending you the copies of e-mails also.

Alongwith it, I will get a MTv T-Shirt, MTv sunglasses, Reebok Shoes, Reebok track suit etc. So I agreed to buy this offer for which I did a payment of Rs.14996 on 2nd September by my credit card. BUT on 4th September, I'm getting calls from your executives and they are telling me that I cannot club the vouchers. Again I asked to Mr. Deepak about it and he is saying that I can use them as clubbed vouchers. Kindly make me clear about this offer. I'm interested in this offer only if my vouchers are clubbed otherwise I'm not interested and request you to pay me back Rs.14996.
Also I would like to make you clear that now if even my vouchers are clubbed, I'm not ready to accept my parcel unless I'll get a letter from an authorized person of your company in which it will be stated that i'm getting clubbed vouchers of Rs.500000.
