Damage my face

I am vasu. And i was using the product who blames that it will reduce pimples nd redness in just 4hrs. After using that product my pimples becomes black and my near by skin get dark rednes. It was just an face damaging product. Because of that product my 1 side of face is filled with redness. And i had seemed it to the doctor she said that this redness may be removed after a time period of 1 year or lifetime.

Now what should i do?
