I went to this Diva parlour in Lake town Kolkata after i saw their ad in www.mydala.com
Mukta owner of this parlour told me that they will do my hair smoothening and they did it in a wrong way and my hair got badly damaged.
She took good money from me and didn't do what she agreed to.
When i said i will report this to local police she said to go ahead as their is no proof for the same.
They are not giving invoice also after we pay them.
There should bo some action taken against them as hey take our money also and harm us by using unheathy chemicals though they promise they use Loreal products.
