My mother and I bought a Gold ring from Forever showroom situated at shivranji, satellite. We bought this ring on around 23rd of january. the diamond from this ring came out the every 14th day of wearing. When we were buying this ring they promised us that the diamonds wont come of and this daily wearing ring and such false promises. When we gave for repairing they said it would take 15 days to repair just a daimond which is very stupid according to me. I dont live here so I told them to do that qiucker. Than, they gave me the ring in 10 days and today that is 19th of feb the daimond came off again. it has been just 4 days when i got the ring. When I was getting the ring back from the repair they charged me Rs. 200 as in ssuch they told us first that they would never charge for the diamonds if they come out. Now today I am going again and I want justice from they manager because this is unfair paying everytime for the diamonds which are so badly fitted that they come off.
