Not Exchanging The Jewellery As Committed

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a earrings for my wife from Gitanjali Jewellers 3 months back & now when she went for exchange they agreed but after making the choice of jewellery they said "Pls come tomorrow as our billing sysytem isnt working" so next day when we contacted them they said sorry we couldnt exchange because its not in the policy of the company.

Kindly suggest what to do.
