Absconding after charging 15, 000

I enrolled for hair treatment at H& G Clinic at grater kailash centre, New Delhi in Jan, they charged 15, 000 for 6 sittings.

I got only one sitting, after that they are absconding.

NO notice/call/information passed to me.

All the numbers are either non reachable or nobody is picking up the call.
