I am very dissatisfied with the behavior of the store-keeper and the store manager of Health & Glow, Chennai. Two days back I bought a colored eye-pencil of "CHAMBOR" brand from the store. The promoter of the product did not inform me about the one way movement of the eye-pencil. As such half of the product got wasted. Today I went to the store again to get it replaced but the behavior of the manager of the store and the Promoter of the Chambor was very unprofessional. The customers' compalints are being ignored over there and the promoters are not doing their job properly. Its their job to inform the customers about the product properly. Really very unhappy with their unprofessionalism.
