I Purchased a Walker from Healthkraft company @19, 500/- on April'2011. It worked for 7 months well and suddenly developed some problems. I called the service centre persons and they attended immediately.
But still it's not working. I am not doing my walking excercise for the past 3 months because of this problem.
Healthkraft technicians are not in a position to identify the problem and ultimately, they are blaming my house that voltage is not sufficent and asking me to replace electrical wiring, which also i did. Inspite of that, it's not working and now they are asking me to using stablizer and they are not replacing my machine.
Very poor technical support.
