Harrasment of customers and improper service

Hello Sir,

I ordered a jewellery set through Homeshop18 website. After many days and making complaints I recieved the product. It was broken and incomplete. It was not at all the way it was described on website.

I again made the complaint and according to homeshop instructions I sent the product back through courier spending money from my pocket and still did not recieve the replaced product after many days also.

Now when i recieved the product it is just the same way i recieved earlier in a broken and incomplete state. They told me that courier charges would be reimbursed on faxing the reciept. i did the fax, they told me that ok noew it sin process and will be done and now they tell me after many calls that they did not recieve any fax.

I use the internet to send gifts to my family and the customer care people sitting there harras the customers like anything making our calls on hold for long time and then disconnecting the calls.

Please help and suggest me regarding the same
