AVON is the worst customer care provider. My biggest mistake was joining AVON as a Rep. Last month the SDP (Standard Pick up Point) near me was shut down. No one informed me about that, my order was returned back without my knowledge. On inquiring through phone calls I received vague answers and none of my emails were were replied. Recently while placing the order they told me that I would receive it at my doorstep, firstly I have not received it and secondly they have changed my address without my knowledge. I have sent an email regarding this to [email protected] but still not received any answers.
Am clueless, planning to quit AVON
